¿How we work?
Education:
AtFundación Por México, we promote the development of educational programs and professional skills that facilitate young people and adults' integration into the productive and social sector, especially those who are outside the education system, unemployed or that live in a vulnerable situation.
Labor Entailment:
AtFundación Por México, we work together with global and national companies to improve the profiles of the communities where they have presence in order to link them workwise.
Gender equality:
Equality in all ofFundación Por México's programs is based on the concept Gender Intelligence®, which focuses on assessing and understanding the characteristics that distinguish women and men beyond the obvious biological and cultural issues, learning to recognize and take advantage of the differences between one another, creating joint solutions to everyday problems.
