¿How we work?

Education is a fundamental factor that drives development, as well as being one of the most effective instruments to reduce poverty and improve health, as well as to achieve gender equality, peace and stability "(World Bank, 2017).

At Fundación Por México, we promote the development of educational programs and labor competencies that facilitate the integration of young people and adults into the productive and social sector, especially those who are outside the education system, who do not have a job and who live in a vulnerable situation.

Labor Entailment:

Currently, Mexico is one of the countries with the highest unemployment rates in the world. It is estimated that around 8.6 million young people between the ages of 12 and 29 are outside the education and labor system. Therefore, at Fundación Por México we have an impact on the exploitation of skills and improvement of profiles that meet the current needs of Mexican and international companies.

In Fundación Por México we work together with global and national companies, to improve the profiles of the communities where they have presence, this way they are linked workwise with them, focusing efforts on the calling of the state.

Gender equality:

The Organization of the United Nations establishes that gender equality is not only a fundamental human right, but the necessary base to achieve a peaceful, prosperous and sustainable world. If equality in access to education, medical care, decent work, and representation in political and economic decision-making processes is facilitated, sustainable economies, societies and humanity will be promoted together and will benefit at the same time.

Equality in all Fundación Por México programs is based on the concept of Gender Intelligence®, which focuses on assessing and understanding the characteristics that distinguish women and men beyond the obvious biological and cultural issues, learning to recognize and take advantage of the differences between one and the other, creating joint solutions to everyday problems.
